As the nature of CrossFit uses multi joint movements “Olympic lifts”, higher intensity body exercises and non commercial equipment we require our athletes to take part in 3 one hour elements sessions. This takes you through the CrossFit experience coaching you to safely perform the fundamental movements of CrossFit. The sessions will also include basic nutrition and bio mechanic correction. Each session will end in a workout that includes the moves that you will have learnt. Once you have completed all 3 of the elements sessions you will be regarded as a CrossFit SoHi athlete.
