As the nature of CrossFit uses multi joint movements , higher intensity body exercises and non commercial equipment we require our athletes to take part in the one hour welcome class. This takes you through the CrossFit experience coaching you to safely perform the fundamental movements of CrossFit. The sessions will also include basic nutrition and bio mechanic correction. The session will end in a workout that includes the moves that you will have learnt. Once you have completed the welcome class you will be regarded as a CrossFit SoHi athlete.
